KACPRZYK operates the Page Timer mobile application. Page Timer helps users add books, start focused reading timers, update page counts, monitor progress, keep streaks, and review reading history in a clean mobile workspace.
This website is public and does not require registration, login, user accounts, member areas, protected routes, or authorization.

Application
This Privacy Policy applies to the Page Timer app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by KACPRZYK SP Z O O. KACPRZYK SP Z O O is the Service Provider.
Information collection and use
Page Timer does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the app. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

Page Timer does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal app use. Because no personal data is collected by the Application, there is no personal data retained by KACPRZYK from normal app use.
Local reading records
Book titles, author names, total page counts, starting pages, current pages, cover colors, current book selections, reading session timers, elapsed time logs, page progress percentages, total reading time, active day streaks, total books in library, reading history, filters, settings, and private reading records are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Deleting app data
Since Page Timer does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no remote personal data account to delete. Users can delete local app records by using available app settings where provided, clearing local app data through device settings, or uninstalling the Application from the device.
Voluntary contact information
If you contact KACPRZYK directly or voluntarily provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@kacprzyk.ink.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. KACPRZYK implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
